The work of RHET would simply not be possible without our tireless and dedicated volunteers.
Every little bit counts we estimate our volunteers give over £1.2million worth of time to RHET each year.
There are a variety of ways in which you can help by volunteering your time, even if you aren’t a farmer or working in the agriculture sector.
Become a farm host and work alongside RHET
The thought of hosting school pupils on your farm may be a daunting prospect, but we can help you with the entire process.
Visit a classroom and deliver an educational talk
If you could help children understand where their food comes from, and if you are passionate about the Scottish countryside, we’d love to hear from you!
Steward at an event or help out at the Royal Highland Show
Throughout the academic year we need help with a variety of events, including at the Royal Highland Show.
