Lambing time on most farms corresponds with Springtime. There are some farmers who lamb at other times of year but the majority aim for spring lambs which arrive to correspond with the new grass growth Lambing can be utilised as an interdisciplinary learning lens and there are many hands-on activities you can engage with in class to bring the experience to life.
